Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid directly to use the site during the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this limitation may not apply.

You may not reproduce the database wholesale, remove source context, impersonate the publisher, frame the site deceptively, defeat access controls or use the content to create a misleading endorsement.
8. Third-party content and links
Links and embedded references are provided for verification and context. We do not control third-party availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices or later edits. A link is not endorsement. Forum posts and social-media statements reflect their authors, may be incomplete or false and are labeled according to the Editorial Standards.
9. Submissions, notices and confidentiality
Unless we agree otherwise in writing before receipt, submissions are non-confidential and may be reviewed, authenticated, quoted, summarized, stored and published for editorial purposes. Subject to mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and publisher identity will be finalized in the production version after counsel review. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
