How to submit a correction
Email corrections@mrwindowtint.com with the page URL, exact challenged language, why it is inaccurate or materially incomplete, the requested correction, your relationship to the subject and supporting primary documents. Mark time-sensitive legal notices clearly. Do not send confidential or privileged material without first obtaining written agreement to receive it.
What happens next
Submissions are logged and evaluated against the published record. We may request authentication, context or permission to publish supporting material. Receipt does not guarantee a change, a deadline or confidential treatment. Where the evidence warrants it, we will correct, clarify, update or retract the item and identify material changes.
Right of reply
A person or company that is the subject of material criticism may submit a concise, on-record response. We reserve editorial control over length, placement, headlines, excerpts and context, and may decline abusive, irrelevant, promotional, unlawful or demonstrably false material. Publishing a response does not constitute agreement with it.
Evidence that can change the chart
- Current technical data sheets with revision dates and test conditions.
- Certification or laboratory reports identifying the tested legal entity and product.
- Warranty, SDS, label, contract or corporate documentation identifying the responsible manufacturer.
- On-record statements from an authorized company representative.
- Documents authenticating a private-label relationship for the specific brand and product at issue.
Correction labels
Correction fixes a material factual error. Clarification improves wording or context where the original was not false. Update adds later facts. Retraction removes a conclusion that is no longer supportable. Editor's note explains a dispute, review or unusual publication decision.
Good-faith disputes
Disagreement with an opinion, grade or editorial conclusion is not by itself a factual error. We will review whether the underlying facts are accurate, the characterization is fair, contrary evidence is represented and readers can inspect the basis for the conclusion.
